SPICE Gift Cards offer the possibility to shop with stores and service providers of Spice and Spice Home shopping centres – at over 200 POS in total:

stores (also RIMI Hyper and in other grocery stores);

cafes and restaurants;

chemists;

Day Spa Kolonna;

news agents;

service providers.

warning The SPICE Gift Card is not accepted for payments at: Veselības Centrs 4, Baulain, Evelatus, Šūšanas darbnīca, SALT Point, IQOS, Hartvik, Get More Food, Biļešu Paradīze, bank branches, coffee machines and ATMs, bank branches and currency exchange.

Working hours of Spice information centre:

Cards can be acquired by both natural persons over the age of 15 and legal entities. Gift Cards can be acquired with cash for a total value of up to EUR 400.00 (four hundred euros).

Klix Pay Later

The purchase gift card can be made with a loan by the solution "Klix Pay Later" developed by JSC "Citadele banka". Fully remote loan processing in 4 simple steps:

Authenticate;
Fill in application form;
Receive an offer in 5 minutes;
Sign the agreement with Smart ID, Citadele internetbank or eParaksts.

Who can buy goods using a loan?

Any permanent resident of Latvia;
The borrower must have a permanent official monthly income;
Age of the borrower: from 21 to 70 years.

Information about paying for a purchase using a loan:

A qualified Smart-ID or JSC "Citadele banka" internet bank or eParaksts, as well as a passport or ID card are required for issuing a loan.

Gift Cards ordered by natural persons or legal entities on the website can be picked up from the Spice information centre. An invitation to pick up your order will be sent to the e-mail provided following receipt of your payment.

warning When your payment is received on a weekday by 10:00, Gift Cards can be picked up on the same day. When your payment is received on a weekday after 10:00, the Gift Cards will be available for pick up the next weekday.

Please note that incoming orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

Individuals. When ordering a Gift Card on the website, payment can be made 1) by transfer after receiving the invoice, 2) by payment in the Internet bank or 3) at the Information Centre of the shopping centre Spice upon receipt.
The total maximum nominal value of the Gift Cards purchased in one day at the Information Centre or by placing an order on the website is EUR 400.00 (four hundred euro), regardless of the number of cards: there are no restrictions and no need for additional identification, with the only exception of ensuring that the Buyer has reached 15 years of age and that the person receiving the cards in case of delivery matches the Buyer or the Buyer’s authorised representative.

Legal entities. When ordering Gift Cards, payment can be made 1) by transfer after receiving the invoice, 2) by payment in the Internet bank or 3) at the Information Centre of the shopping centre Spice upon receipt.
When purchasing Gift Cards totalling over EUR 400.00, the personal data is verified and the Application for concluding a Gift Card Agreement is filled in, where the purpose of purchasing the Gift Cards is indicated.
When purchasing Gift Cards totalling over EUR 2,000.00, regardless of the number of Gift Cards, the personal data and the authorisation rights are verified, the Application for concluding a Gift Card Agreement is filled in, where the purpose of purchasing the Gift Cards is indicated, and the Issuer’s approval is secured.

FAQ

: The Spice Gift Card is a type of non-cash settlement which can be used until its expiration to pay for goods and services at all POS and service points of Spice and Spice Home shopping centres where MasterCard payment cards are accepted. The value of the gift card is chosen by the purchaser for a value ranging from EUR 10.00 to EUR 150.00. The Spice Gift Card can be used together with another means of payment such as cash or a payment card.
: All Spice Gift Cards have the same PIN code, 1234, to be entered only in the event such confirmation is required. The code is entered in card terminals of POS.
: The card has a limited validity period, which does not exceed 6 (six) months, starting from the card’s activation (acquisition date).
: Yes, one Spice Gift Card can be used for several purchases at different Spice and Spice Home stores up to its nominal value.
: The validity period of the card can be extended once within a period of 3 (three) months upon its expiry for a commission of EUR 7.50. The user will be issued a new card in exchange for the replaceable one, with the same remaining balance and a validity period of 6 (six) months. The user gives the replaceable card to the Information Centre.
: The User can receive information about the balance on the card for free at the Spice information centre, by phone or on the website spice.lv. For a fee – the User can receive information about the balance on the Card for a commission fee set in the Price List at any ATM with a MasterCard logo, by inserting the card and entering the PIN code.
: In the event of losing the card, it can be blocked by calling 67222555 and submitting a written notification to the Information Centre as soon as possible. When blocking the card, you must provide the given name and surname and card number (or part of the number, which can be seen on the receipt confirming purchase of the card). The user and/or buyer have the right to request the replacement of a lost or stolen card with the same value of the stolen or lost card if the user and/or buyer has submitted an application for card replacement, presenting the card purchase receipt and paying the commission fee for card replacement.
: The buyer may return a damaged card to the Spice information centre. The card will only be replaced if the damaged card is submitted and has no signs of counterfeit.
